The global economic recovery, changing demographics, and rapid changes in the technology landscape have come together to redefine the entire nature of work.”
Its essential that HR works more closely with the business than ever before. Any misalignment between the talent strategy and the business strategy could be costly, even fatal.
But there is a disconnect between HR and its corporate colleagues. Where only 66% of C-Suite executives and 47% of employees believe that the actions of HR are aligned with the company strategy.
