The client is a well-known 5-star business hotel in Chennai.
The client was maintaining payroll manually, with no single system of records. This made any data/report very challenging. The client generated pay slips and tax slips using Excel macros, and these were manually printed and handed over to the employees.
ADP initially provided the client with the ADP Vista payroll software as per their requirements. This helped the client shift from manual record-keeping to storing information on a cloud-based portal. This was a huge leap for the client, but due to people dependency they could not continue with the software and began seeking other alternatives.
ADP suggested the Managed Services (MS) option, which made perfect sense for this client and their situation. ADP would manage the entire payroll services for the client on their behalf. The client began to outsource their payroll services to ADP, which extended the MS support until proving statutory challans (which is handled by a separate team).
This client has since been very happy with their payroll processing, and is also a referral client of ADP.
